This meditation is simply a deep body relaxation.  Lay down and let your body rest, allow yourself to let go.

Mindfulness is a practice of awareness – neutral observation – of our feelings and sensations without trying to change them. This meditation is to support the awareness of feelings,  and guides you to go deeper and take a closer look.

This meditation is a simple grounding meditation. Great for times when you feel overwhelmed, or disconnected, or are struggling to find your own strength.
