Before, we decide to choose hypnosis as a form of therapy, We’ll discuss the advantages and risks of hypnotherapy, as well as the process. Once I am sure that you are comfortable with trying hypnotherapy and are open to the possible ways to benefit from it, we will schedule your first session.

How does Hypnosis Work?

During hypnosis, the physical body and conscious mind are in a relaxed state while the subconscious mind remains in a heightened state of suggestibility. Hypnosis is an education-communication process to a person’s mind that allows the conscious and subconscious minds to agree.

Is Hypnosis Medically Approved?

Yes. The American Psychiatric Association and the British Medical Association approved hypnosis as a viable therapeutic tool.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

While most people can be hypnotized to some degree, some people will be more receptive to hypnosis than others. If we try hypnosis, and determine that you are not benefitting from it, that doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you, I will simply create others ways to help you, if needed.
